DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DEALERSHIP!! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews! I purchased a used vehicle about a year and a half ago. The salesman lied to me about the Carfax and only disclosed the first page which did not go into detail. I went to refinance my vehicle and found out the vehicle was in a major collision. My appraisal came in $6000 less than what it should have. I spoke with the used cars manager, along with the general manager of the dealership. They are not willing to make this right whatsoever. I am submitting a complaint due to repeated failures by an authorized Ford dealership service department @ Germain Ford to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle.
The vehicle was originally brought in for a strong oil/fuel odor entering the cabin, which is a legitimate safety concern. The dealership claimed the issue was resolved by replacing the vacuum pump. This repair did not correct the problem.

Even though I have a dealership that is closer to me, I have used Germain for all my needs. They have served me well from the point of sale, maintenance service, recall service, and recently the use of my extended warranty after a breakdown.

Great service! I walked in without an appointment with a tire that needed replacing. It was worse than I thought. James signed me in and ordered the tires and oil change. We are going out of town this weekend and I feel Germain was invaluable for making our car safe. I bought my Explorer there and have all my work done there as well.
